8x 10in print. was used in poster for opera Die Frau Ohne Schatten. But with a loupe it doesnt pixelate. It may be a giclee print.
The other thing is images online are of the opera poster, with title below & the copyright notice below the image & to the right of title. mine doesnt have the title and its not just a matter of cutting off the part with title because the copyright notice would be cut off too but on mine it is to the right of image.anyone familiar with this.

Maybe it can be found with the help of the copyright text, but you don't mention what it says!

Regards,
Vietato

Are you not able to view the image? If you enlarge it it shows the copyright notice in the bottom right corner.
It has a small c in a circle then david hockney.

One more time, Google translation made a nonsense while working from italian. In place of "are you not able to view the image?" you must read 'Thank you Vietato for your answer". David, who is a gentleman, certainly wanted to say that

I copyright notice is not necessarily just the artist's name. It can be the editor's as well, so I asked for the "copyright text", meaning the words in the notice.

I attach an enlarged part of the notice as seen on my screen. Maybe I should have guessed "David Hockney", but I thought I would ask.
Sorry if that confused you in any way.

And I haven't found this edition anywhere. It also has the artist's monogram lower left (in the plate), which is not on the poster version.. But since it is not signed and numbered it is not a print of great significance.

Regards,
Vietato

PS: We often see very, very small signature photos on the forum, and I wonder if the posters even consider the readability.

Sorry Vietato I was looking at it on my phone so I was able to enlarge it.
The poster does have the monogram in the bottom left.
I agree that it isnt significant. I was just curious about it, especially since I wouldnt expect a small non signed print to be a giclee print
