Hi All,

I'm new to the Art Forum. I have several paintings that I've had for years but have been unable to identify the artists who painted them.

I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide in identifying the artist on this antique European? winter scene. it's an old oil on board.

Many thanks!

Thank you so much for taking a look at this painting and signature. It is very kind of you to take the time to research and provide feedback. I'm not 100% sure on the Thurm attribution as I can't find any examples of his signature.

This one has really stumped me. I keep wondering: Is it a hyphenated surname? Is it a first and last name? Has the signature been somehow abraded or worn in spots? is it possibly - Turn, Thurn, Tura, Turg, Burn, Burg, Bura, Sturn, etc.
