Looking to see if anyone may recognize this particular signature. Also looking to find out if this picture appears to be oil or acrylic based?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Without a photo of the whole piece, and the reverse, we would be guessing at the artist.
Is it framed? Is it on canvas? Board? The more photos, the better.
You see, the subject of the painting could be a real cue to the artist.

It is for sale as an art print by Karl Thomas:
https://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Thomas-Framed-Art-Picture/dp/B01HFFRWX0

So I guess yours is a print too. The colors on yours are faded in a way typical of an offset (photomechanical) print.

Regards,
Vietato
