Hi, I'm hoping for some help on identifying the artist of the attached.. I can't seem to trace the monogram for the art, titled Grafrath. the other image appears to be of the artist himself. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction? Thank you, Lorna

Lorna

Hi Lorna

Is this a quick sketch in a waiting room or something, and Graefrath is the location (now spelled Grefrath)? It is between Meuse and Rhine rivers in Germany. Maybe a sketch by a grand tourist. As to the monogram I can't help. Best.

Patrick
