My opinion is yes, with crown of thorns. I find the signature odd, almost like a title. Could perhaps be an early derivative of the word Jehovah? Memory serves Jehovah not put into use until 16th c. stemming from Hebrew YHWH - to YaHoWaH and many variations in between and since dependent on culture and language. I am no historian or scholar on this subject. Not even close. Just my initial thoughts.
Good observation! I thought it should read "Onhoven", pointing to a Dutch or Flemish artist. Google Translate suggests that "on hoven" could be something like "on the court". The crown of thorns could support that idea. Our Dutch friends may enlighten us if that makes sense.
