Does anyone recognize this signature on the landscape painting from 1894 ?

Is from a Czech collection but looks Italian

Any help is very much appreciated

"Fermo Forti"? Just a thought. He is Italian and fits the time frame. I'm looking for examples of his work.

Hello Jimmy . Thank you so much ! I am truly impressed that you were able to come up with this name, which very well could be spot on. There is quiet a lot of info to be found on the painter although almost no pictures. I only found a very large work from him but found no signature.

I'm trying to abstain from purely dismissive comments, but I think it should be said that your painting is very bad.
It could not have been painted by a skilled artist like Fermo Forti. Or any skilled artist.

Please don't take offense!

Regards,
Vietato

Vietato is quite right. Worst eyesore I saw for years. Have you no personal judgement for quality whatsoever, man?

Until know all the works from this Czech collection were authentic artworks, this is apparently the exception.

This painting is just a clumsy fraud from way after World War II. These chemically produced colours were not even available before 1940.
