Hello,

one of new items that I have in question ....

appears to be a drawing of ballet dancer. Drawn on paper, matted and framed. Open window measures just about 9 x 12 inches and it comes to 12 x 15 inches for framed dimensions. Large extensive signature but I just can not decipher the artist at all. Was wondering of somebody can read the signature ...? The verso shows the label for quite prominent New York city galleries - The Margo Feiden Galleries. Not sure if it was just framed there or was on display and was acquired by the previous owner .....

Appears to be an antique drawing, probably dates back to 1910-1925. Possibly connected to Russian ballet theme from the beginning of 20th century.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you.
Cyril.

Thank you redsoxski!

wow, I think you are absolutely right. I managed to get a look at the image of his another drawing (portrait of Isidora Duncan, also ballet related) and the signature is a match!

thank you very much once again,
Cyril.
