Hello,
one of newly acquired small antique oil on board painting of still life flowers. Size of 9.5 x 12.5 inches, unframed at this moment. I acquired it from US art dealer but digit 4 from the back clearly indicates the card board is of French origin. I do not see the signature or the date on the front but few stamps from the back have caught my attention.
I am not sure if the dog logo represents the manufacturer or related somehow to 2 seal stamps. The is also stamp that reads "Paris 1870" underneath. I was wondering if somebody recognizes the dog logo or knows what exhibition the stamps refer to in 1870 ...?

my apologies for poor quality of the images, I can do better one if these are difficult to view ...
Thank you for your help.
best, Cyril.
