some time ago i lost my uncle. he spent alot of time in italy. he was a collector of art and art prints. i inherited some art work from him as i love art too. i have been able to find information on all but a couple, one of which is still in a folder and was never framed and hung for some reason. he has been gone now for over 30 years. i would like to ask you a question in hopes that maybe you can help me. in am needing to know its value, do i need to insure it, can i frame and hang it . i just dont know. the folder that it is in reads as follows.

on the back of it reads.

i have been looking on line and got kind of close, found something and tried to look at it and my computer gave to me a error. something about them specializing in some kind of photrographic process to dupilcate art. i dont know. can you maybe please try to help me of steer me in some kind of direction so that i know what to do with this piece of art work
