Hi,

Would anyone know who this painter is? This painting is oil on board and mesure 13.75 in x 14.75 in. Possibly painted in Germany.

Yes, it probably is German.
But the "Wetterstein" (Mountain in South Germany) was painted thousands of times by hundrets of artists. I'm afraid, it will be nearly impossible to find this artist, sorry.
