Hello again, this painting comes frome one of my aunt, I know she traveled a lot abroad, it is an oil painting on canvas size is 24 " x 36" I can not decipher the signature, can you help me again please ?

| Hi Maryse, I read something like Garj ??? I did not find an artist with this name, only a Van Gar. Anyway this subject of a fisherman with hat and pipe has been painted thousends oftimes by many many painters and amateurs. Regards, Raf.

Hello Raf, Thanks for the answer, you are right when you say the subject has been painted so many times. I personally do not like it. But, I love the frame :-).
