Please help me to determine the value and origin of this painting. I found it in the attic of a house about 12 years ago. I think it might be pre-World War I or may be around World War II. It is signed but I cannot find anything like it online or trace it back to the original artist. It is an original painting, very delicate, intricate work high craftsmanship. Please help me find some information! I would like this to go to the right archival, museum or collector for the right price.

I found a painting by Robert Zhang. Want to find out it's worth?
