Oil painting I picked up at a thrift store of the Eiffel tower. It is not the typical scene that so many street artist paint for tourist. It is signed M. Sullins. It would be nice if it was a Maurice Sullins but I sincerely doubt it. Maurice Sullins is more a surrealist and this painting i have is not. Can anyone give a clue to whether is artist is important or not.

I have searched and cannot find any information about a Maurice Sullins that was known for oil painting the Eiffel tower and may have painted a version similar to the one you have. Therefore, it is difficult to say if the artist is important or not. It's possible that the artist signed the painting in hopes of promoting his work
